Class Descriptions:
SPIN Combo – Try this focused, exciting class while experiencing a new type of workout. Cardio will be combined with stretching and toning to create a thrilling cross training class for you.
Fitness Yoga – Yoga challenges you both physically and mentally using positions to enhance flexibility, balance, power and strength. This class will use various exercises and movements to encompass yoga and fitness techniques allowing a challenge for all fitness levels.
Cardio Strength – This class is devoted to strengthening exercises combines with Cardio bouts that will help you develop more lean body tissue, in turn improving your body tone and muscle definition. This utilizes different pieces of equipment to give you a great workout and accommodate a wide variety of fitness levels.
Cardio Combo – Combining cardio with various intervals, HIIT, circuit and more. No two classes are ever the same to give you the best results for overall fitness.
Weekend Workout – This is instructor’s choice (which is me so you know it will be good : )), with the first 30 min. focused on cardio and the last 15 min. will be focused on core. Always expect a great workout!
