Welcome to AVWELLNESS. I am passionate about teaching others how to empower themselves towards creating the healthiest version of themselves possible. The key is to keep things simple so we provide easy to implement fitness, nutrition & lifestyle strategies. I am an expert in the health and wellness industry and have been helping others for almost 30 years.

My education includes a BS in Corporate Fitness & Wellness, ACE Personal Trainer, ACE Group Fitness Instructor, NESTA Spencer Pilates, SPINNING, Aquatics, Yogafit, Lifestyle Management Nutrition Specialist, AASDN Nutrition Consultant, and certified NAPM Practical Nutritionist.

I have been going to Amanda’s classes for about 6 years. It is the best feeling to be in good shape! I am feeling better now than I ever have, and being able to accomplish tasks around the house, and being able to keep up with my kids is what keeps me coming back!


I have been with AVWELLNESS and Amanda for about 16 years. I like the variety and the fact you never know what she is going to do. She keeps classes interesting and it has been a great experience. It keeps me moving and since I am getting older I appreciate the workouts helping me to stay active and mobile.


Amanda caters her classes to all fitness levels and abilities, building you up to the next level. Her classes have helped me become a better runner. I do a lot of running and marathons and her classes have really helped me improve and have helped with reducing injuries. All the cross training she provides in her workouts is amazing!


I have been doing AVWELLNESS workouts and started when I was pregnant with my 4th child. I did all her workouts during and after, and can say this last one was my easiest pregnancy. I felt a huge difference with being able to move around and recover better. I love that she personalizes the workouts and keeps them fun.
